Under the name "The  Public Opinion of Spaniards" ASEP has conducted since 1986 a monthly survey with a representative sample of  the Spanish population.The contents of the questionnaire are distributed in four main sections : economic attitudes and behaviour,  political attitudes and behaviour, mass media consumption and current events, in additio to an important number of socio-demographical variables. More than half of the questionnaire consists of questions that are repeated every month, something that allows the construction of very long time series.
